Empower women, mothers, and others who don't feel heard to find their voices and live the lives they desire, free from external limitations. I strive to enhance leadership skills, transforming them into superpowers. Through engaging workshops, I aim to support companies in cultivating successful leaders across all levels. Together, we foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

My Story

When I first entered the workforce after college, I believed success meant showing power and keeping a stern, no-nonsense demeanor. I thought the only way to be taken seriously and get ahead was to "play tough," because in my mind, the workplace was cutthroat—and there was little I could do to influence it.

You’d think someone with a background in psychology would know better, right? But as I quickly learned, understanding human behavior in theory is very different from putting it into practice.

Luckily, early in my career, I had the privilege of working under leaders who were truly caring, authentic, and relatable. Their example was eye-opening and empowering. I saw firsthand how genuine leadership—rooted in empathy and trust—motivates and inspires people to do their best work and grow every day. I realized that while power and a stern hand can get results, they often come with long-term consequences.

At the same time, I was coming home from work exhausted and burned out. I found myself masking my true feelings all day, only to take that frustration out on my husband and kids—the people I love most, my “safe” people. I told myself, “They have to love me, right?” But deep down, I knew it wasn’t fair to them, to others who felt my impatience, or to myself. They deserved better. I deserved better.

Then an opportunity arose within my company to become a leadership coach, and something clicked. I thought, “That’s the role I want—because it will help me grow into the best version of myself, at work and at home.”

And it did.

In that role, I focused on leadership development, team dynamics, and helping others find their own path to excellence. It became my passion—and my purpose.

Today, as a coach, I draw on the principles of neuropsychology and Human-Centered Design to create tailored coaching experiences. My mission is simple: to help women, moms, and others who don't feel heard to own their voice and power. Whether you're working toward stronger leadership skills, more confidence, or a healthier work-life balance, I’m here to partner with you every step of the way.

Welcome to a place where you can grow, thrive, and lead with authenticity.
